The Club is a digital hub where we provide tailor-made services to investors that need local representation (buy-side support). Investors need to be part of the Investors Club. Our team prepares an Investment Memorandum (IM) for each project and, under a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), presents it to the Investors Club Members, inviting them to take an equity share in the asset through a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV).
