To gain direct access to quality real estate investments BlackOAK invites the Investors Club members to participate in a real estate investment pool as shareholders of a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV).

Our team prepares an Investment Memorandum (IM) for each project and, under a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), presents it to the Investors Club members, inviting them to take an equity share in the asset through a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV).
